You only need to
take five simple steps:
1. Download a copy of the ”Notice
of Intended Marriage”.
2. You and your partner
fill in the form.
3. Go to an Australian
Consulate Office, a public notary or other
Australian Representatives, listed at the back
the back of the form, for signing and witnessing

I must receive it one month prior to the
wedding with a deposit of AU$150.
5. Make your selection
from the Wording Options for your ceremony that
will be emailed to you, upon receipt of the form
and deposit.
· I will confirm the booking with an indication or
the total fee within 2 days of receiving the
document and the deposit.
· I will arrange to meet you in Perth for the
final declaration to be signed and the fees to
be finalised.
· Bring the original
“Notice of
Intended Marriage”
and your passport with you.
· Digital photos will be taken at the wedding and
uploaded onto this site within 2 hours for
relatives/friends to see.
