you did for Barry on the 10th of March. My family and friends
also were full of praise. I was especially thrilled when you
added the placing of flowers. It made the day just perfect for
me. I will certainly recommend you to my family and friends for

I did not get
an opportunity to thank you personally for the service
yesterday for my mother, so please forgive the rather
impersonal email thank you. Your conduct of the service was
exactly as we had hoped, the wording you chose was most
appropriate and your professionalism in preparing in such a
short time was most appreciated. It certainly took one
thing off our minds knowing that you had matters well in
hand. I know my sister and dad were both very pleased. It
cannot always be an easy job, I suspect it is sometimes a
bit of an emotional rollercoaster, but you conducted it
exceptionally.

Thankyou for the most lovely funeral service for
Cheryl on Wednesday. We were so pleased that we
were able to give her the best send off
possible....and from the feedback we've had that's
exactly what it was. I'm not sure how many people
were there, since I didn't really look at the back
of the chapel...but some say there were people
outside the chapel doors as well.You made the tone
of the service exactly how we wanted, and again we
